I know this will get the scoldings from the self appointed recipe police for adding calories, but cooking the fresh peppers, onions and garlic (2 Xs as much as called for) in tiny bit of evoo adds lots of flavor, then add beans, cliantro and tomatoe sauce with a splash of red wine vinegar - yummy - 8/19/08

Is it being too pushy to ask comments to be reserved until recipe is tried. Having to wade through comments about how good something sounds does not help anyone to evaluate whether or not to try the recipe. - 2/15/08
