Introduction

This salad goes really well with my maple cider dressing (which I entered separately). It's a great fall treat. Use white cheddar cheese, if you can find it, for a really nice flavor! Ingredients

    For each serving:

    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/4 cup green apples, chopped
    1 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 oz chopped walnuts

Directions

Simply arrange the spinach on a salad plate and top with the chopped apples, chopped walnuts, and cheese. This goes great with Maple Cider Dressing.
