Ingredients

    2 6oz filets of white fish
    Olive Oil 1.5 tbs
    chili powder .5tsp
    1 Lime cut into wedges
    Cilantro

Directions

Rub Filets with 1tbs olive oil and season with chili powder. Rub remaining .5tbs olive oil in a skillet. Heat skillet over high heat. Sautee filets for 3 minutes per side or until fish just flakes easily with a fork searve with lime wedges and cilantro.

** i serverd my fish over brown rice.
