You can vary the vegetables to taste. You can vary the vegetables to taste.
Number of Servings: 6


    4 c Vegetable broth
    2 c diced Sweet potato
    2 c chopped Cauliflower
    1 c diced Potato
    1 c chopped Carrots
    1 c chopped Onion
    1 Bay leaf
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Thyme
    Salt & Pepper to taste


1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
3. After soup begins to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, ubtil vegetables are soft (about 20 minutes).
4. Remove from heat abd discard bay leaf before serving.

Makes about 6 - 1 cup servings
