Ingredients

1 lb Turkey sausage link
2 small sweet potatos peeled and cubed
1 green pepper cut
1 cup celery diced
1 med chopped onion
1 16 ounce can tomatoes, undrained
2 tbsl quick-cooking tapioca
1 15-ounce can drained garbanzo beans
1 cup beef broth
Directions
Cut sausage into bite size pieces. In slow-cooker combine sausage, sweet potatoe, green pepper, celery, onion and tapioca. Add undrained tomatoes, garbanzo beans and beef broth. Cook on low heat setting for 10-12 hours or on high setting for 4 1/2 - 5 hours. Makes 4 servings.
