Ingredients

    2 medium thick slices of tomato
    2 oz tuna in water
    1/2 tbsp light mayo
    1 teaspoon mustard

Directions

Mix tuna, mayo, and mustard in a small bowl. Spoon mixture onto sliced tomato and top with the other sliced tomato. Either grill with goerge forman, on your outdoor grill, or spray pan with non stick cooking spray and grill on the stove top.
Makes one sandwich.

    it was delicious but difficult to hold with tomato. next time ill use ice berge lettuce instead. but sandwich without bread was a great idea - 7/6/11
