It's not low fat, nor low calorie, but MAN will it satisfy that chocolate craving! Very rich so a little goes a long way, but make this one when you've got plenty of mouths to make sure every last morsel disappears and so you don't eat the entire pan by yourself! Ingredients

*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked (remove)
Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Nabisco Oreo Crunchies Cookie Crumb Topping, 8 serving (remove)
Milk Chocolate Candy, 1 cup chips (remove)
MC Condensed Milk, 20.25 tbsp (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Chocolate Milk, lowfat, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with the 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Whisk oil into milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread oreo cookie crumbs on bottom of ungreased 8" square baking pan. Spread batter evenly overtop.
Mix second amount of cocoa powder into condensed milk and spread over batter. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the entire mixture and DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until the top looks dry.
