Ingredients

    Boneless, skinless chicken breast and Wish Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing

Directions

Simply line a 9x9 baking dish with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts in bottom of dish. Pour approximately 4 tablespoons of wish bone fat free Italian salad dressing per piece of chicken. Be sure to pour over chicken so top of chicken is covered in dressing. Place in oven and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Check chicken prior to removing from oven to ensure they are completely cooked. Excellent to serve over brown or white rice

    This was a very easy recipe to make. I even had all the ingredients on hand. It was good and I'd make it again, but it wasn't as good as two of the other recipes I tried this week. - 7/6/07
