Ingredients

    3 tablespoons olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    2 27 oz. cans of hatch green chili's
    1 27 oz. can of tomitillo's
    1cup pork cubed
    2 tablespoons ground cumin or to your liking
    1/2 onion
    10 fresh roasted chili's peeled
    12 oz can of cream of chicken


Directions

put olive oil in frying pan with garlic and onion. then add the cubed pork. while this is cooking put the green chili's and tomitillo's in food processor and pulse a few times. put everything in 6 quart sauce pan. bake in oven at 200 degrees. for at least 2 hours or over night
