Ingredients

Ground turkey, ground ginger, garlic, scallions, soy sauce, Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce, butter-flavored cooking spray and Phyllo Dough

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Slice scallions finely all the way to the tips.

Preheat medium fry pan on medium heat and coat with non-stick spray. Combine ground turkey, ground ginger, garlic, scallions, soy sauce, and Asian Zing sauce together with hands or fork. When combined, add to pan and brown meat. Drain completely.

Roll out phyllo dough sheets one at a time, roll up by placing the phyllo dough sheet the long way in front of you, and place 1/6 of the turkey mixture on the left corner, (Since phyllo dough is so paper thin, you will have to make sure that the juices do not soak through.) roll left corner over the top of the meat mixture and roll a few times so that you can fold in the sides and then roll all the way to the right upper most corner of the phyllo dough sheet. Place on parchment paper and spray with butter-flavored cooking spray. Follow with the other 5. Spray and bake in oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve Asian Zing sauce on side for more flavor!

If you like more heat, you can add 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes to really make them zing!
