Introduction

Made be made as appetizer balls or in casserole dish. Made be made as appetizer balls or in casserole dish.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 pkgs 10 oz spinach, thawed and drained
    5 eggs
    1/2 C butter
    1/3 C onions
    4 C stuffing mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into 1.5" balls and place on cookie sheet, or put into 9X9" casserole dish. Bake at 350F: 35 minutes for balls, 45 minutes for casserole dish. Makes 36 balls or 9 large servings.

Balls may be frozen prior to baking and kept up to two weeks. Add 20 minutes baking time if frozen.

Any ingredient amount can be adjusted for personal preference without compromising dish.
