  • I first had these is Missouri (I live in Alabama). My cousin said they were a "northern food". (I was born in CA) so I guess that's why I like them. I made them with sweet pickles though, they are much better with dill!! - 12/17/08

  • these are wonderful! I made them for a wedding shower and none were left (sliced into bite size pieces). the only problem was the pickles leaked the juices all over the tray! - 3/6/08
