Introduction

A friend of mine told me about this recipie after reading about it in a magazine. It literally cuts the calories to about 70 calories/serving if you make these into cupcakes.
I personally like to make this as a whole cake.

The results are a super-moist cake with reduced sugar and calories!

Ingredients

1 box dry Cake mix (Betty Crocker, Duncan Heins, any kind will work)

1 can of soda (Diet Coke, Diet 7-UP, etc. Regular sodas can also be used.)

Directions

Mix the soda in with the cake mix and bake according to package directions. Can be baked in cupcake or regular cake pan.

When finished baking, let cool and enjoy! This is a very moist cake that will only rise to about half the height that the cake would normally rise to. Also, I personally like this cake sans frosting or anything else added. Really a terrific alternative to cake if you've got a sweet tooth!
