Introduction

This is my favorite sloppy joe mix ever! This is my favorite sloppy joe mix ever!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1 Tablespoon brown sugar
    2 Tablespoons mustard
    1/4 teaspoon pepper


Directions

In a large saucepan cook the ground beef until browned. Drain and rinse in hot water. Set aside. Saute the celery, onion, and green pepper until soft, return meat to pan. Stir in all remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or transfer to a slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.

    Delicious!!!! Used splenda brown sugar and put spinach in it diced small. Yumm!!! My kids gobbled it up! They didn't care that it was healthy!
