    Very Good
I made these cookies as a birthday treat for my mom's 85th birthday. With her Swedish heritage and cardamom coffee cakes a precious memory from her childhood, these will be a special treat. Though my cardamom was fresh and fragnant, I added 1 extra teaspoon to the recipe for an extra kick. - 1/12/10

I tend to add more than the recipe calls for, too, but I really like it, so hesitated to modify the original :) Thank you for the good rating.
