Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
    10 3/4 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    10 3/4 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    (can also substitute Cream of Celery for one of the other soups)
    1/2 Cup White Wine
    1 Cup Sour Cream

    To taste:
    Paprika
    Celery Salt
    Garlic Powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings to taste. Mix soups and white wine in medium bowl then pour over chicken breasts.

Cook on low for eight to ten hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker. Mix sour cream into slow cooker gravy. Return chicken to slow cooker.

Serve in whole pieces or shredded with gravy over rice or pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

    This has actually been a family favorite in our house for several years...I was tickled to find it also on Spark Recipes! I use the Cream of Celery soup in place of the Cream of Chicken. The sauce is so good, it's almost sinful!! My college football player son requests this all the time. - 5/22/08
