Ingredients

    4 large potatoes, cubed
    32-oz. bag sauerkraut, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large tart, apple, chopped
    2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 1/2 lb. boneless pork loan roast

Directions

1. Put potatles in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except pork, in slow cooker. Place half of the sauerkraut mixture on top of the potatoes. Add roast. Top with remaining sauerkraut mixture.
3. Cover. Cook on High 3-4 hours.
