Ingredients

    1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
    1 teas. Splenda
    1/2 Apple, chopped
    1/2 med. sized Orange, sectioned and chopped
    2 tbls. Raisins, or to taste
    1 Tbls; chopped nuts

Directions

Add Splenda to cottage cheese if you like it sweetened.
Chop the fruit and stir into cottage cheese along with the raisins. Sprinkel chopped nuts on top.
I like this with a slice of whole wheat toast or a whole wheat english muffin.
