    Good
Pretty good. Catfish isn't my favorite but I had some in the freezer and this recipe worked out will. I didn't have any powdered garlic so I added fresh minced garlic instead. - 6/25/10

    Incredible!
Baked it 350 for 35 minutes and used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter instead of real butter. VERY tasty! - 2/21/10

    Very Good
This recipe is yummy. I will agree with another poster... it is baked not broiled... but it's delicious all the same. I added my own touch by slicing up the lemon after squeezing the juice for the sauce and baked with the lemon slices covering the fillets. It was yum. - 7/1/09
