Introduction

Nice quick sandwich spread. Goes great as a side to soup or on it own!! Nice quick sandwich spread. Goes great as a side to soup or on it own!!

Ingredients

    1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

    4tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing,

    1.5 stalks chopped Celery, raw, medium

    1 cup Onions, raw, chopped

Directions

mash chickpeas in bowl(helps if heated slightly)
mix in other ingredients

serve on toast, bread, or a bed of spinach(not figured into calorie count)

    Very Good
    It's great for quick lunches!! I was suprised with how much I enjoyed it. The only thing that kept me from bringing it for lunch at school more often was the strong smell from the onion! - 3/19/07
