Ingredients

1lb Very Lean Minced Beef
1 brown onion.
1 can Low Fat Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
1 can Low Fat Campbells Condensed Chicken Soup
Penne Pasta.
Directions
Chop onion and dry fry in saucepan until softened a little.
Add mince and cook until browned.
Add tins of condensed soup.
Simmer on a lower heat for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water.
Once pasta al dente, mix with minced beef mixture, and place in oven (at 150 degrees C for fan assisted ovens) for five minutes until combined well.
Serve and enjoy!
