Ingredients

    4 Cups sliced okra
    1/4 Cup Flour
    1/8 Cup Cornmeal
    1/4 Cup Canola Oil

Directions

Mix Okra with flour and cornmeal until completely coated. Pour oil in pan to heat. When oil is hot, add okra mixture to pan and stir til cooked.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
