I got this from an instructor at Curves. She has it quite often as her breakfast since she has to be at work early and doesn't have time to cook . I got this from an instructor at Curves. Ingredients

1 dozen eggs
1 Tbls. butter or margarine-melted
1/2 cup cheese-shredded (this can be any
kind of cheese you like, but sharp cheddar
is great)
1/2 cup bacon, diced or crumbled (she also
uses sausage or ham)
Directions
Whip eggs and butter together. Add cheese and bacon. Spray muffin tin (tins) with Pam. Fill each muffin slot 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
To reheat 2: Place in microwave for 30 seconds.
I think it makes 12, but not sure as I've not made it yet.
