Ingredients

    1/2 c. Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1/2 tso, Cinnamon, ground
    1/2 tso, Vanilla Extract
    1/2 pkg. sugar substitute
    1/2 Banana, fresh
    1/2 Apple
    1/3 c. Grapes
    1/4 c. raw old-fashioned Oatmeal

Directions

Mix yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar substitute in mixing bowl. Add banana, apples, grapes, and raw oatmeal, and mix together. Transfer to individual serving disher; garnish with fresh fruit slices and serve.

Can use whatever fruit you have: raisins, berries, peaches, etc. I like it better day after.
