Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground chuck (or other leaner meat)
    1/4 of a small onion chopped
    1/4 cup of finely chopped celey
    2 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic crushed
    1 Tbsp of honey
    1 cup of tomato sauce
    3 tsp of hot sauce
    1 Tbsp of dried parsley
    1Tbsp of chili powder

Directions

Brown hamburger celery, and onions, drain off all grease. Add everything else and cook until heated through. Serve on hamburger buns or bread. Makes approx 8 sandwiches.
