Ingredients

    4 lean pork chops
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    6 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1.5 Tbsp. Curry Powder (red or yellow)
    4-5 red potatoes (not the minis), in 1 inch chunks
    3 cups water
    1 large onion, chopped

Directions

Sear chops in frying pan in olive oil to seal flavor. Put water, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and curry powder into the crock pot. Then add chops. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 on high. About 90 minutes before serving, add potatoes and onions.

    What temp. for the crock pot? High, Low? How does this need to cook in the crock pot? I'd love to try this! - 1/13/09

    Oops. Sorry. I put it on High and btw, if you don't like the spice level to burn your lungs out (like I do) you'll want to lower the curry powder by about half.
