    Frenchs yellow mustard, 1 sp
    Oroweat Oatnut Bread, 2 slices
    Red Ripe Tomato

Directions

mix first three ingredients.
Slice tomato
toast bread.
build sandwich.

    Good! But if we don't have mayonese or french mustard sauce, what are the others alternatives? - 9/15/07

    Miracle Whip is a good alternative to Mayo, any kind of mustard would probably be good. Somebody suggested horse raddish. You probably could use a salad dressing too like Ranch or Blue Cheese or something? Maybe.
