Introduction

This is one easy recipe! Just put it on and go about your business. Great to serve in a variety of ways. I like to shred and cool slightly, then use it in a salad. You could also add corn and black beans and serve as a complete meal. This is one easy recipe! Just put it on and go about your business. Great to serve in a variety of ways. This was very good. I did add some things. I used fresh salsa instead of Pace. I also added a can of corn, a can of black beans and about a tsp of cumin. At the last 20 minutes or so I sprinkled shredded mexican cheese over it.I served it with homade Spanish rice and sour crm and homemade Taco bread - 2/5/09

This was so good and so easy. We served it in tortillas with lettuce, onion, tomato, and sour cream, just like burritos. This will definitely stay in my recipe rotation! I had leftovers too, think I'll add corn & beans to the leftovers for next week and serve over rice - 2 for 1, can't beat that! - 9/16/09

This was good, but needed some salt. I didn't add any & it was pretty bland. - 2/25/09
