    1 package frozen turkey meatballs
    32 oz. fat free chicken broth
    32 oz. low fat beef broth
    1 quart water
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    2 onions, chopped
    4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    4 carrots, peeled and chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1 c. brown rice, cooked


Get a very big pot. Brown the meatballs. While meatballs are browning, peel and chop the vegetables. Throw everything into the pot and season to taste. Try red pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Let everything simmer for at least an hour.
