    * Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour, 1.5 cup
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    * Salt, .5 tsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    * *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
    * Milk, 1%, .666 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * great value sliced jalapenos, 60 gram(s)


Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in softened butter with fork until mix resembles course meal. Add cheese and jalapenos, and milk. Stir until dry ingredients are just moist. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead about 10-12 times. Divide in half and roll each half into a 12*8 inch rectangle.
Cut dough lengthwise into 8 one-inch strips. Twist each strip into a pretzel shape. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks for a few minutes..serve warm.
