Introduction

I do all of our fresh fish fillets this way. Quick, easy and healthy. Stupendously easy clean up as well. This way the actual flavor of the fish is what we get to appreciate. Very Good
I wanted to give 4.5 but couldn't figure it out. So easy and so darned delicious. The ONLY thing I might change is flipping the trout over to allow the skin to get crispy bc I love it like that. Otherwise, simple, easy, delicious! - 5/29/18

I seasoned the trout with fresh lemon juice, fresh ground black pepper and a bit of lemon pepper. My family loved it. - 3/12/13
