Ingredients

    leftover meat
    brown rice
    peas, carrots, peppers, onion, garlic
    bay leaf, parsley
    curry powder, paprika, salt, pepper

Directions

Sautee onion, add garlic, peppers, add carrots, precooked meat, rice, brown, then add broth, frozen peas, can of garbanzo beans, bay leaf, and parsley at the end. Season to taste. Makes about 6 portions.
