Ingredients

    1 pkg Ronzoni Healthy Harvest penne rigate
    2-3 Tblsp Olive Oil
    1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 Garlic Clove, chopped
    1 jar (about 26 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
    3 grille/cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts sliced
    1 Tblsp chopped basil or parsley

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce, chicken, and pasley or basil. Simmer 2-3 minutes. serve sauce mixture over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
