Ingredients

1.5 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons egg replacer powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup beet sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 tblsp. water
6 oz. dairy free chocolate chips.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Whisk together the flour, egg replacer, baking soda, and salt and ste aside.
Cream together the sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and water.
Stir together the sugar and the flour mixtures.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Do not flatten.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly brown
