Ingredients

    1/4 C Lemon Juice (fresh)
    3/4 C Extra Virgin (Cold Pressed) Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Ginger, minced
    5 cloves Garlic, minced
    2-3 Tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium

Directions

Blend ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add to salad, and enjoy!

    Very Good
    It's very good. I then made it with Apple cider vinegar instead of the lemon juice and leave out the soy sauce. Add a little sea salt and some fresh ground pepper. - 2/8/09

    This looks like the expensive organic dressing I bought recently, so I think I'll start making this instead of buying dressing! (I'll even reuse my bought bottle lol) - 11/22/07

    We have to cook from scratch because we live in a remote area. This recipe was great because we could get all the ingredients and enjoy a new salad dressing. We add a little pepper and it was tasty! - 5/1/07
