    1 box of 4-serving fat free/sugar free Vanilla Pudding
    2 c skim milk
    2 oz fat free cream cheese
    4 tbls of sugar free jam (I like strawberry)


Beat your Cream Cheese and pudding til fluffy. Gradually add milk. Heat jam in microwave for 30 sc on 50% power. When mixture has slightly thickened, swirl jam through it. Divide into 4 serving cups and garnish with graham cracker crumbs and strawberries. 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
