Ingredients

    1 1/2 Breasts of left over Grilled Chicken, finely chopped
    2 tbsp Light Mayonaise
    1 tbps Red Pepper Jelly
    3 fresh Basil Leaves, Jullianned

Directions

Finely chop up your left over chicken breast and basil. Add Mayonaise and jelly and stir until combined.

Serve on bread or ontop of a bed of mixed greens.
