Ingredients

    Rub sirloin roast with garlic powder, onion powder, allspice, cumin, celery salt, salt. Roast in open dish until 165 degrees. Slice when done. Set aside.

    Melt butter, oil in saute pan; add brown sugar, lime and orange juice. When bubbly, add pork slices, turn to coat and let brown a bit.
