Ingredients

1 tbsp Kraft Balsamic Dressing
1 whole wheat pita bread
1 tbsp pizza sauce
enough spinach leafs to cover pita bread
3 tbsp chopped red pepper
3 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tbsp chopped red onion
3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
4 tbsp grated partely skim mozzarella cheese
thin slices of tomato to cover pizza
Directions
Makes 1 pizza
Marinade peppers and onions in Kraft Balsamic Dressing. Let sit for at least an hour.
Spread pizza sauce on pita bread.
Cover sauce with spinach.
Evenly spread pepper and onion mixture over spinach.
Add feta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in over at 350 for about 10-12 minutes (until mozzarella cheese is melted).
Place tomatoes on top when it's immediately out of oven and let it sit a few minutes before cutting.
You can microwave the peppers, onions and balsamic dressing before putting them on the pizza if you prefer them to be softer.
