2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 oz water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a blender or food processor add all ingredients. Blend still desired consistency. Increase water to desired thickness. Serve chilled or room temp. Serves 6.
