These cookies are ridiculously tasty. Once you bake them, you will never go back to ordinary cookies AGAIN! You MUST try them!! These oatmeal cookies are very moist with good flavor. Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoons cloves
    3 cups quick cooking oats

Directions

Make 24 Cookies!

1. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar, eggs one at a time, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, then stir in vanilla.

2. slowly stir in the flour then oats

3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

4. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls (the cookies spread out flat, so make small rolls), and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
