Introduction

A tasty breakfast hot and ready right out of the crockpot in the morning. A tasty breakfast hot and ready right out of the crockpot in the morning.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup water
3 1 sec sprays cooking spray
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Spray crockpot with vegetable spray, add oatmeal and water. Let cook overnight or at least 8 hours. This makes one serving -- can be increased for more people. Calories and fat could be reduced by using less butter and brown sugar or other sweeteners. I just prefer the real stuff over artificial as much as possible.
