    3/4 cup Cottage Cheese, nonfat
    1 1/3 Tbsp. Pecans (you can use almonds or walnuts but it changes the nutrition value)
    1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
    Kiwi, medium, peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup Grapes, green or red seedless


Top cottage cheese with nuts and serve with mixed fruit salad.
