Introduction

Ingredients

    - 1 Medium Head Cabbage, chopped OR 3/4 bag of pre-shredded cabbage for cole slaw
    - 1 Pound Turkey Sausage (Louis Rich)
    - 6 Potatos Chopped
    - 1 C Chicken Broth, 99% Fat Free
    - 1 Onion Quartered
    - Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, sausage, potatoes and broth. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch backing dish and bake covered with foil for 30 minutes or until potatos are soft.
