Ingredients

18 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 c plain bread crumbs
6 tsp kraft parmesan cheese (grated)
6 tsp kraft romano cheese (grated)
1 tbsp dry basil
1 tbsp dry red pepper (more of less to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Cut chicken into strips. Foil line a baking sheet. Rinse chicken with water so strips are wet. Dredge through dry mixture. Place strips on baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Recipe makes 4 servings 4.5 ounces each.
