Ingredients

1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup smart balance light
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
2 tbsp of dry cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.5 cups of quick-minute oatmeal
1 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter (optional, can add more if desired)
Directions
add all ingredients except peanut butter and oats in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat. boil 5 minutes, remove from heat and add peanut butter and oats, mix well. drop small spoonfuls onto wax paper or foil and let harden
