Ingredients

    3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3/4 cup bbq sauce
1/2 pound chopped raw chicken breast or chicken tenders
13.8 oz. package of Pillsbury Thick Crust Pizza Dough
1 cup italian mix shredded cheese (or .5 cup mozzarella cheese, .5 cup shredded parmezan cheese)
1/2 red onion, chopped or sliced
7 oz. package sliced gouda (cut up slices into .5 inch strips)
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees or temperature specified on pizza dough container.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chopped raw chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 13 minutes or until no pink is in the middle.

While cooking chicken, use remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to grease a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Roll pizza dough out to desired thickness and put in oven once preheated and cook for 10 minutes (or half the time specified on pizza dough container).

Add chopped red onion to chicken and sautee for an additional 5-10 minutes over low heat or until chicken is golden brown and red onions are soft. Put in small bowl and mix with about 1/10 of barbeque sauce.

Spread 2/3 of barbeque sauce over partially cooked pizza dough. Spread chicken and red onion mixture over dough evenly. Sprinkle cheese over pizza dough and chicken mixture evenly. Put pizza back in oven and cook 10 minutes or other half of time specified on pizza dough container.

Remove from oven when done cooking and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
