Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 Pound Wild Salmon (4 oz)
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt (with or without parsley)
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2 Tbsp. fresh red onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Rinse salmon under cool water and pat dry. Sprinkle garlic salt on top, rub in.
Melt butter in pan, add mustard and stir. Pour mixture over top of salmon, use spoon to coat sides of the salmon.
Spread onions on top
Wrap in foil, seal securely so butter won't leak
Set directly on middle oven rack
Bake for 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes off with fork.

Serve with fresh asparagus spears for a complete meal!

    Incredible!
    I don't generally like salmon, but this was excellent! I used the butter/Dijon mix on asparagus, and baked it in a shallow dish, same temp and time. Perfect meal! - 1/8/18
