Introduction

Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and roasted garlic and set aside

    In a large, clear bowl:
    layer vegetables,sausage and chopped hard boiled eggs one ingredient at a time in any arrangement you would like - be creative! Presentation is everything

    Pour and spread mayonnaise/sour cream/roasted garlic mixture over the top

    Garnish with shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    chill 4 - 6 hours before serving


Directions

Cook 1 lb of Jennie O Spicey Italian Turkey Sausage (can substitue diced ham) and dice

Roast 2 heads of garlic for 30 minutes, when cool enough to handle, take out cloves and mash with fork to create a paste
