    1# ground Turkey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 med. Onion {chopped}
    2 tbls olive oil
    2 cups {dry} elbow macaroni
    3 cups water
    1 15 oz can diced tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
    1/2 to 1 tsp Mrs Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning
    1 tbsp corn starch dissolved in 2 tbsp cold water


Brown Ground Turkey, onion, and salt in olive oil. Drain and return to skillet. Add Mrs. Dash and cook with turkey for a minute, stirring. Add macaroni, water, and tomatoes. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until macaroni are tender. If dish gets to dry cooking add more water. There should be a little extra liquid when done cooking. Add the cornstarch dissolved in cold water, cook and stir until liquid thickens.
